Opportunities for improvement can be identified through Christ Centered Homes internal and external monitoring systems or stakeholder input processes. When an improvement opportunity is indicated by stakeholders, internal or external customers or staff, the opportunity is reviewed by the QI Steering Committee to determine consistency with Christ Centered Homes mission and are prioritized based on severity, scope, occurrence and number of stakeholders impacted.

 

A team leader and facilitator is appointed to review and initiate the implementation process. Work Teams represent customers, staff and suppliers to the process that have knowledge, skill, expertise and interest.
