Christ Centered Homes is committed to the standards and best practices in living assistance, rehabilitation, training and management – CARF, Blanchard Team-Building Training and Lifeways Quality Improvement Training guidelines among them.
- CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, is an independent, international nonprofit accreditor of health and human services in many areas – behavioral health and medical rehabilitation among them. CARF promotes and ensures the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process and continuous improvement services that center on enhancing the lives of persons served.
- Blanchard standards are based on a business leadership development program that combines real-world experience and practical leadership training. Blanchard training enables individuals to learn over time, providing optimal impact and a higher retention than traditional training.
- § Lifeways provide individualized training guidelines services that promote mental clarity and emotional well-being, strengthen positive relationships, and enhance the ability to accomplish meaningful personal goals. Organizations that adopt the Lifeways approach respect the dignity, autonomy, and individual and cultural differences of clients.
