- To provide a transitional “home-like living situation for developmentally disabled adults.”
- To provide an environment conducive to social and psychological growth and development.
- To provide services in the community such as transportation, recreation, education, vocational training and employment, etc., for the developmentally disabled.
- To coordinate the provision of special training and support services necessary to prepare the developmentally disable for the least restrictive and most desired living situation to enhance their quality of life.
- To operate congregate living residences and other alternative living arrangements for the developmentally disabled.
